Little Tykes University is a curriculum based preschool program. Each month follows a particular theme. Each week is a sub category of the particular theme. The lesson plans provided target a group of children from 2 to 6 years old. In addition to the curriculum, special effort is made to find books, short videos, and games that support the topics.
In addition, each scholar is frequently observed to ensure the retention of the presented themes. Our curriculum includes outdoor play, literacy, math, science, culture, art, music, dramatic play, and development of fine and gross motor skills.
"In my years of experience, children in activity groups with the same provider thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Activity groups combine children of varying ages into tightly knit communities. The provider will introduce a skill or idea first; then, each child has an opportunity to reinforce those same skills or ideas by playing with, observing, and teaching their peers."
